Hacken Open Air is the ultimate hacker camp, organized by Stratum 0. Together with you, we want to spend four days tinkering, discussing, while enjoying the nature. The location as previous years remains Welfenhof in Gifhorn, very close to Brunswig, and offers space for around 150 participants.

This year, there will once again be talks and workshops at the HOA. We welcome submissions on topics related to technology, art, society, and anything else you feel like sharing. We also aspire to organize a music program, meaning that DJs of all experience levels and qualifications are welcome!

There will be tented areas for workshops and lectures, a bar and seating accommodation, electricity, internet, beamers, and PA. The location offers plenty of space for all sorts of outdoor activities. As always, the venue will be heavily and creatively decorated, offering plenty of opportunities for self expression. Join us!

Submission

This year submissions can also be made via Pretalx. Apart from this CfP, there is of course still the possibility for self-organized workshops and anything else that happens spontaneously at the event.

There are four types of submissions:

• Lectures
• Workshops
• Art
• Music

Please no product presentations, sales-pitches or company advertisements.

Presentations should be 20 minutes (+5 minutes for questions) or 40 minutes (+15 minutes for questions) in length. Please let us know which length would be appropriate for your presentation.
